I have worked in professional catering for over 25 years. During my early training I specialised in Bakery and Confectionery, winning several gold medals in cake decoration at the Hotel Olympia competition, London. Throughout my career I have baked and decorated cakes of the highest standard for every type of event and occasion. I take great pride in the knowledge that my cakes 'eat' as well as they look - I use nothing but the finest ingredients throughout the cake making process.
